ABRAHAM L. GREEN AND SON FUNERAL HOME
THE FIRST AND ONLY JEWISH FUNERAL HOME IN FAIRFIELD COUNTY
The Abraham L. Green and Son Funeral Home is an independently owned family operated chapel serving the Greater Fairfield County Jewish Community since 1948. Now in its 3rd generation, our modern facility is conveniently located in Fairfield center.
Our beautifully landscaped facility opened in 1997 after being located in Bridgeport for nearly 50 years. The front portion of the building facing Beach Road was a sea captain’s house dating back from 1850. Great effort was taken to maintain the character and charm of the original structure while at the same time modernizing and adding to the building to meet the needs of our community. From the moment you enter the grounds, a member of our staff will greet you. When arriving to attend a service, the onsite parking is coordinated by our courteous and helpful personnel no matter what the weather.
With over 100 years of combined experience, our caring and dedicated staff is readily available to provide our families with the compassion and attention to detail that has been the hallmark of our reputation.
Please feel free to browse our pages to learn more about pre-planning a funeral and grief support, as well as the traditional funeral and cremation services that we have to offer. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us at anytime, we are available by phone or e-mail. We are always here to help.
